Ginisang Talong with PABOReatOS Organic Mushroom Bagoong


Simple and Appetizingly Delicious

Bagoóng is a Philippine condiment partially or completely made of either fermented fish (bagoóngisdâ) or krill (bagoóng alamáng) with salt.  It was known to some with disgust as "fish which ... has started to rot and stink."   But, it cannot be good until it begins to rot.  And, who doesn't love Bagoong?  A distinctive Pinoy condiment which is a perfect match for "Hilaw na Mangga".  This is definitely one exciting and delightful condiment in Pinoy dishes.

Now,we made it special by adding organic mushroom to our ordinary favorite bagoong - PABOReatOS Organic Mushroom Bagoong.

Ingredients:

6 cloves of garlic
2 medium-sized onions
4-6 medium-sized tomatos
6 medium Eggplant/Talong (chopped in quarter)
2-3 tablespoons PABOReatOS Organic Mushroom Bagoong

Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes.  Add bagoong.  Add Eggplant.  Cook and simmer for 5 minutes.
